Yes, absolutely. You can cancel anytime before the 7-day trial expires directly from your Billing settings. If you cancel, your card will never be charged the subscription fee.

On Day 7 the Starter trial ends. Subscribe from Billing to keep the workspace active: $49/month or $500/year (15% off) in USD, or ₦67,500/month or ₦688,500/year in NGN. If payment is not completed, the workspace locks until billing is resolved. Your leads, tasks, and data remain preserved.

It does not message your customers. Fulfillment shipping remains a private pilot and is not a live agent.

Yearly billing is 15% off 12 months of the regular monthly price, charged once per year. Starter is $500/year after the 7-day trial, Growth is $1,214/year, and Scale is $2,846/year (NGN equivalents apply for Nigerian workspaces). The first-month Growth and Scale discount applies to monthly billing only.

What happens to my data if my subscription is past due or cancelled?

Your workspace data (customers, meetings, quotes, task boards, and chat history) is securely preserved. The workspace interface is simply locked until you reactivate your subscription.

Paidflow enforces strict tenant isolation using Row Level Security (RLS) on PostgreSQL (Supabase), TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, and AES-256 encryption for stored credentials. We never sell or train public foundation models on your proprietary customer data.
